Hogan Dedicated Services is in search of a Fleet Manager with Transportation and Dispatch experience.
Position Responsibilities, Requirements & Benefits Include
-Responsible for Leading and Dispatching a Regional Fleet with a Dedicated Account.
-Transportation Background with Truckload Experience.
-Minimum of five years Transportation Experience.
-Dispatch, Route, and Scheduling Experience in Fast Paced Environment.
-Knowledgeable of TMW Direct Route or Routing Software a plus.
-Must be Computer Literate and Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
-Ability to effectively interface with Customer contacts at all levels.
-Safety Experience as well as D.O.T. knowledge a Must.
-Must be an Experienced, Self-Starting Professional.
-Strong Leadership Qualities Including Solid Communication Skills.
-Able to Project Manage and Multi-Task Account Details.
